Job Overview
This is a full-time senior management position responsible for overseeing all human resources and administrative functions within the JSI project in Hyderabad. The role involves multitasking, team leadership, and ensuring compliance with US/Pakistan Government regulations and JSI/HQ policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee HR and administrative operations within JSI project
- Manage employees and coordinate with project management
- Ensure compliance with USG rules, regulations, and personnel requirements
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems
- Manage compensation, benefits, performance management systems
- Oversee staff orientation, onboarding, and exit management
- Ensure compliance with Pakistan labor laws
- Implement organizational security policies and procedures
- Coordinate administrative procurement and office operations
Qualification Requirements

| Education | Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field |
| Total Experience | Minimum 10 years progressive HR experience |
| Senior Experience | At least 5 years in senior HR/management role |

| Sector Experience | International NGOs, development organizations, or donor-funded projects preferred |

- Knowledge of Pakistan labor laws
- Experience with organizational security policies
