About The Role:
- The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for ensuring appropriate advice to the Board, and management, on all financial matters of NESPAK, for ensuring fiscal health, driving sustainable growth, and for maintaining an effective system of internal financial control.
- Overseeing financial planning, costing & taxation, budgeting, financial projections, and supporting tactical initiative to manage change by implementing best corporate financial and accounting system.
- Identify and mitigate key elements of Company’s Financial risks and if required to raise additional capital to align with NESPAK’s strategic goals.
- The candidate must have strong knowledge of public sector financial regulation, compliance, and reporting requirements.
Eligibility Criteria:
The candidate must be:
- A member of an organized body of professional accountants with at least five years relevant experience of working in State-Owned Enterprises/ corporate sector having total assets of five billion rupees or more; OR
- Holding a master’s degree in finance related disciplines from a university recognized by the HEC with at least ten years relevant experience of working in State-owned enterprises/corporate sector.
- Only Pakistani nationals are eligible to apply, including dual nationals who also hold Pakistani nationality.
Age:
- Maximum age limit is 55 years on the closing date of application.
Remunerations:
- The candidate will be offered competitive compensation up to PKR 1.8 million per month lump sum salary package commensurate with experience and qualification.
Tenure:
- The successful candidate will be hired on a contract, initially for a period of 3-years, extendable further as per the requirement of the Company.
