Key Responsibilities:
  • Shorthand and English typing from an Institute recognized by Sindh Board of Technical Education (SBTE).
  • Speed of 120 w.p.m. in Shorthand and 35 w.p.m. in English typing on Computer.
  • MS Office from an Institute recognized by Sindh Board of Technical Education (SBTE).

2. Data Processing Assistant

Gender: No-Preference
Age Limit: 21 - 28 Years
Qualification: Bachelor / Graduation, Diploma in Computer Science, MS Office
Skill Level: Intermediate, Technical
Key Responsibilities:
  • 16 Years Education atleast in Second Division or Equivalent CGPA from a University recognized by Higher Education Commission (HEC).
  • Graduation atleast in Second Division with three (03) Years Diploma in Computer Science (OR) I.T from an Institute recognized by Sindh Board of Technical Education (SBTE). (OR) Recognized by any other Govt. Authority.
  • MS Office from an Institute recognized by Sindh Board of Technical Education/Trade Testing Board.

3. Junior Clerk

Gender: No-Preference
Age Limit: 21 - 28 Years
Qualification: Bachelor / Graduation, Certificate in MS Office
Experience:

Six (06) months

Skill Level: Intermediate, Administration
Key Responsibilities:
  • Graduation atleast in Second Division from any University recognized by Higher Education Commission (HEC).
  • Six (06) months certificate course in MS Office from an Institute recognized by Sindh Board of Technical Education/Trade Testing Board.

Terms & Conditions

  • Age of the applicants shall be calculated from the closing date of submission of application as provided under Rule-7 of the Sindh Civil Servants (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 2024. However, the upper age relaxation limit will be 5 years as provided in Notification of Services, General Administration and Coordination Department bearing No.SO(I(SGA&CD)564/2011(Part-1) dated 06.03.2025.
  • The share of quota reserved for the initial appointment shall be adhered to as per Law/Rules/Policy of Government of Sindh.
  • If any candidate stands disqualified during verification of documents and character antecedents then his/her registration will be cancelled even if he/she qualifies all tests.
  • Candidates already in Government Service should apply through proper channel and Obtain NOC from their department and submit at the time of interview.

How to apply

  1. Applicants who fulfill the requirements should apply for the aforementioned vacancies on the job portal of Government of Sindh at http://sjp.gos.pk.
  2. Applicants must have successfully passed the General Screening Test of Graduation / Intermediate Category, with at least 40% marks, conducted by the Sukkur IBA Testing Services (STS) and possess its certificate, issued by STS, as required for appointment to the aforementioned posts.
  3. The appointment shall be made as per the Policy Notified by the Government of Sindh on 26.04.2023 and under provisions of Sindh Civil Servants Act 1973 as amended from time to time.
  4. The Directorate General T&K Institutes for (AF & WM) Sindh Hyderabad has the right to Increase or decrease the number of vacancies.
  5. The applicants should appear before the Departmental Selection Committee along with original documents for interview as per the schedule to be uploaded on the Job Portal.
  6. No TA/DA shall be given for test/Interview.
