Position Details

The Government of Sindh School Education & Literacy Department, Office of the District Education Officer (Primary) Thatta, is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the position of Junior Clerk.

Eligibility Criteria

Requirements:

• Education: Graduation (at least Second Division) from any HEC-recognized university.
• Certification: A six (06) month Certificate Course in MS Office from an institute recognized by the Sindh Board of Technical Education / Trade Testing Board.
• Testing Requirement: Must have successfully cleared the Graduation Category General Screening Test conducted by Sukkur IBA Testing Services (STS) with at least 40% marks and possess the STS certificate.
• Residency: Must possess a Domicile and Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC) of District Thatta.
• Age Limit: 21–28 years (Specific age relaxation rules apply based on when the applicant applied for the test relative to the Sindh Civil Servants (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 2024).
