Educational Requirements:
- Minimum 16 years of education (Bachelor’s/Master’s degree)
- Relevant fields: Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Engineering

Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years post-qualification relevant experience
- Experience in public or private sector organizations acceptable
- Experience in digital access and infrastructure preferred
