The Government of Pakistan, Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations & Coordination (NHSRC) invites applications for multiple project-based contract positions at Jinnah Medical Complex & Research Center (JMC&RC), Islamabad. Hiring is on a market-based / industry-competitive pay package through open merit.

Chief Finance Officer (CFO)	40–55	FCA/ACCA/ACMA or equivalent as per SECP & Companies Act 2017	12+ years in finance (15 years for non-CA), including 5+ years in senior leadership.
General Manager – Human Resources (GM-HR)	40–50	Master’s/Graduation in HRM/Business Administration (or related)	10–15 years progressive HR leadership; 3–5 years in senior leadership.
Senior Manager – Planning & Controls (Design & Construction)	40–50	B.E. Civil/Mechanical/Electrical; Master’s in Project/Construction Management preferred	15–20 years in planning/scheduling/controls (EPC/PMI/PSP preferred).
Senior Manager – Budgeting & Finance	40–50	CA, ACCA, ACMA, or MBA (Finance)	12+ years in budgeting, corporate finance & planning.
Biomedical Engineer	30–40	Bachelor’s/Master’s in Biomedical Engineering; PEC registration mandatory	10+ years in hospital equipment planning, procurement, commissioning & maintenance.
Manager – Administration & HR Operations Support	50–60	Bachelor’s in Business/Management/Public Administration	10+ years in Admin/Facilities/HR Ops.
Manager – Financial Reporting & Audit	30–45	CA (Qualified/Finalist), ACCA, ICMA, or MBA (Finance)	10 years (3+ years in financial reporting/audit coordination).
Manager – Treasury	30–45	CA, ACCA, ACMA, or MBA (Finance/Treasury/Banking)	10 years in finance with 6–8 years managing treasury.
Legal Counsel (Corporate & Commercial Affairs)	30–40	LLB with valid license to practice	10 years in legal practice or in-house counsel.
Legal Counsel (Compliance & Regulatory Affairs)	25–35	LLB with High Court license	5 years practice or in-house counsel.
Administration & HR Coordination Assistant	25–35	Bachelor’s in HRM/Business/Public Administration (or related)	3 years of HR/Admin support.
IT Assistant – Corporate Office Support	30–40	Bachelor’s in CS/IT	3 years corporate IT support; A+ / CCNA / MCSA preferred.
Assistant – Procurement & PPRA Compliance	25–35	Master’s/Bachelor’s in Business/Economics/Law/Public Admin	3 years with 1+ year in PPRA.
Assistant – Legal Department	25–35	Minimum Intermediate	5 years legal secretarial work.

Common Requirements:

Age calculated at closing date.
Government/semi-government/autonomous body employees must apply through proper channel with NOC.
