1 Senior HR Business Partner (VP / SVP)
Task:
  • Engage in various Human Resources services across groups, supporting businesses in all Human Resources initiatives.
  • Work closely with business heads to understand their requirements and provide solutions in line with the Bank’s policies.
  • Develop and nurture partnerships to bridge the gap between management and employees.
  • Plan and align Human Resources initiatives with Bank’s objectives across the board.
  • Communicate and lead nationwide special projects initiated by the Human Resources Management Group.
  • Work closely with the business in various Human Resources processes, such as annual performance management cycle, promotions, talent acquisition, learning & development, etc.
  • Facilitate in workforce and headcount planning of the business groups.
  • Review and recommend improvements in Human Resource policies & procedures and ensure meticulous compliance.
  • Find ways to boost employee morale leading to employee retention.
  • Stay abreast of the industry trends and provide input to create a better working environment.
  • Perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s).

Note:
  • Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan.
  • Candidates having Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR / Public Administration and/or HR related professional certification(s), such as SHRM, CHRP, etc. would be preferred.
  • Minimum 08 years of experience in Human Resources with exposure of working in at least two functions of HR and/or as an HR Business Partner and/or HR Generalist.
  • Candidates having experience of working in similar roles in financial sector would be preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in all Human Resources and functional areas with a dynamic environment.
  • Must be hands-on and capable of planning, development and executing Human Resources projects.
  • Well-developed relationship management and communication skill.
  • Detail oriented and committed to a high degree of accuracy.
  • Good understanding of business and financial acumen.
  • Leadership skills / coaching and mentoring.
2 Officer Admin - HR Legal Compliance (OG-II / OG-I)
Task:
  • Assist the In-charge / Wing Head Admin and Coordination, in all the grievances / letters received at the Wing, including review and analysis for possible resolution from relevant quarters as well as processing.
  • Follow up with concerned quarters, for resolution of pending replies / responses for their disposal within TAT.
  • Look after administrative assignments of the Division.
  • Prepare MIS and record maintenance and dispatch related data and other documents from concerned quarters / Wing / Division / Group.
  • Collect and prepare data related to staff i.e. maintaining leave record.
  • Forward cases to the concerned sections / wings / groups after proper analysis.
  • Update proper MIS of files / record to maintain and update cases files on day to day basis and keeping record of all HR-Litigation related case files.
  • Maintain / update database of cases filed against the Bank and by the Bank.
  • Liaise and coordinate with all regions on HR related matters for providing copy of Petition and all relevant documents pertaining to the Case for updating files.
  • Perform any other assignment as assigned by the Unit Head / Wing Head(s).
