Eligibility Criteria
Education and Experience
- Qualification: Minimum B.E. or B.Tech in relevant field (Civil, Electrical/Electronics, or Mechanical) from an HEC recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 04 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field. Candidates with experience in banking or financial institutions are preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, project estimation, billing, and the ability to manage site visits and cross-functional teams.
Main Duties
- Perform site visits and prepare cost estimates for projects.
- Review layout plans and prepare bidding documents according to bank policies and PPRA rules.
- Supervise construction, renovation, and maintenance of bank properties.
