  1. Chief Internal Auditor
    • Qualification: Bachelor / Graduation
    • Experience: Minimum 10 years of progressive experience

      • Note:

      • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in internal audit, external audit, risk management, or financial management and at least 5 years in a senior managerial or leadership role.
      • Member of a recognized professional accounting body such as CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, or related discipline. Certification such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), or other relevant professional certification will be preferred.
  2. Manager Business Development
    • Qualification: Master
    • Experience: Minimum 8 years of progressively responsible experience

      • Note:

      • Minimum 8 years of progressively responsible experience in business development, strategic planning, investment promotion, or commercial management. At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role. Experience in preparing business cases, feasibility studies, and investment proposals. Experience in the mining, infrastructure, energy, or public sector will be preferred. Knowledge of Government regulations, corporate governance, and investment facilitation frameworks will be an added advantage.
      • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Commerce, or a related discipline.
      • Professional certifications in Business Development, Project Management, Strategic Management, Investment Promotion, or Marketing will be preferred.
  3. PS to CEO
    • Qualification: Bachelor / Graduation
    • Experience: Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience

      • Note:

      • Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or Office Administrator supporting senior executives. Experience working in the public sector, corporate sector, or government organizations proficiency in shorthand will be preferred.
      • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management Sciences, English, or a related discipline. A Master’s degree will be preferred. Professional certification in Office Management / Administration will be an added advantage.
