Government of the Punjab – Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department invites applications for appointment on Contract basis of suitable candidates having required qualification and experience for posts mentioned hereunder as per Eligibility Criteria defined in the Punjab Health Department Allied Health Professionals Service Rules-2012 (as amended), and Punjab Health Department Technical Posts Service Rules-2003, Paramedical Establishment Service Rules-2003 and Punjab Health Department Ministerial Establishment Recruitment Rules-2003.

2 Junior Technician (Pathology) (BS-09) 01 18 to 25 -do-
3 Junior Technician (Pharmacy) (BS-09) 01 18 to 25 -do-
4 Junior Technician (Radiography and Imaging) (BS-09) 03 18 to 25 -do-
5 Store Keeper (BS-05) 02 18 to 25 Matric (Second Division) from a recognized Board. 03-year experience in the relevant field. Higher technical qualification and computer literate persons will be preferred.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Both Male/Female applicants having domicile of Province of Punjab can apply
  2. Appointments shall be made, on contract basis, under “The Contract Appointment Policy, 2004” initially for a period of 03 years extendable subject to good performance
  3. Complete application alongwith attested copies of all educational certificates (like Matric, F.Sc. etc.)/degrees/diplomas, copy of domicile, valid CNIC, work experience certificates (if any) and 02 latest passport size photographs must be submitted
  4. In case of ‘O’ Level & ‘A’ Level, equivalence certificate must also be submitted
  5. Applicants must present original documents at the time of interview
  6. Age relaxation in upper age limit as per Govt. of the Punjab, S&GAD Notification & Recruitment Policy 2022
  7. Recruitment shall be made strictly on merit in accordance with contract / recruitment policies and instructions issued from time to time by Govt. of the Punjab
  8. Persons already in Govt. service should apply through their Departments along with NOC
  9. Authority reserves the right to cancel, increase or decrease the number of posts at any level without assigning any reason
  10. No TA/DA shall be allowed for appearance in any test or interview
  11. Candidates are advised in their own interest to make sure before applying that they fulfill all the requirements of the rules relating to the post as mentioned above
  12. Evaluation of the candidates shall be done as per the “Selection Criteria for Appointment” as stipulated in the Recruitment Policy, 2004 of the Government of the Punjab (as amended). Furthermore Selection Committees may devise some written / practical tests for evaluation of candidates for any particular post to evaluate their capabilities as part of the ‘Interview’ and assign marks accordingly
  13. The Department reserves the right to reject any or all applications, or cancel the whole recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason
  14. Quotas shall be observed as per Recruitment Policy 2022
  15. Final terms & conditions of appointment shall be settled at the actual date of appointment
  16. Decisions of the department on all matters concerning recruitment, including eligibility / shortlisting / selection criteria shall be final
  17. Candidate shall apply online by visiting National Testing Service (NTS) website (www.nts.org.pk)
  18. Candidate shall submit duly filled in application form (online), along with deposit slip prescribed fee in the favor of National Testing Service, copy of CNIC and two recent passport size pictures along with all relevant documents (Educational and experience certificates) are to be sent directly to NTS through courier on the address mentioned on application form
  19. Test fee shall be paid to 1 Link 1 Bill participating banks/ATM/Internet Banking/Mobile Banking/Easy Paisa/Jazz Cash/TCS Express Counters using 20 digits Invoice Numbers generated in your fee slip. Only 1 Bill invoice will be accepted
  20. Incomplete applications or applications received after due dates or closing of office hours on the last date for the submission of application will not be entertained
  21. Application in all respects must reach NTS by date 14-02-2026
  22. The date of written test will be communicated to the eligible / short-listed candidates through SMS/Email or NTS website
  23. Candidates are advised to keep on visiting NTS website for updates
  24. Roll Number Slips shall be uploaded on NTS website before the written test
  25. Candidates shall have at least 50% marks in NTS to pass the test. However, shortlisting for interview will be done as per criteria defined by the department
