Job Description
The National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA) is hiring for Scanning Operator (Project-based) positions in Islamabad. These are contract-based roles for a period of three months, extendable if required. Candidates will be responsible for archiving old NADRA records.
The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) is an independent corporate body, established under the NADRA Ordinance 2000. It is responsible for issuing Computerized National Identity Cards (CNICs) and other related documents to Pakistani citizens. Terms & Conditions
- Only Residents of Islamabad as per CNIC/Domicile shall be allowed to appear for the Interview.
- Selected candidate shall be hired purely on a contract basis for a period of three months only (90 days) – extendable if required.
- Students, females, minorities, transgender persons and differently-abled persons are encouraged to apply.
- Selected candidates shall be assigned the task of archiving old NADRA records and shall be required to scan a minimum of 400 pages per day.
- The project shall be executed in three shifts i.e., Morning, Evening and Night, six days a week. Candidates must be willing to work in any shift as per requirement.
- Management reserves the right to withhold/cancel the recruitment process, and accept/reject any application at any stage without assigning any reason.
- In the event the selected candidate(s) declines the job offer, the offer may be extended to the reserve candidates.
- A base salary of 40,000 per month shall be paid, excluding the incentive amount per scanned form, which shall be determined by the Authority.
- Interested candidates must bring original educational and professional documents at the time of interview.
- Five (05) years age relaxation has already been included in the prescribed age limit. No further request for age relaxation shall be entertained.
- Employees serving in Government/Semi-Government departments must provide No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of interview.
- Candidates shall be disqualified if any false, forged or misleading information is provided at any stage.
- However, management may post them at any other district/location on project requirement basis.
- Selected candidates shall strictly comply with NADRA's Data and Information Security Policies and shall maintain confidentiality of all official record/data handled during the assignment.
- Electronic gadgets such as mobile phone, smart watch etc. will not be allowed during Interview.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for Interview.
