Project Management Unit (PMU) – Karachi Safe City Project

The Office of the Director General, Sindh Safe Cities Authority is seeking qualified individuals for various positions within the Project Management Unit (PMU) for the Karachi Safe City Project. These positions are on a contractual basis.

1 Deputy Project Director (Technical) 35-45
  • Qualification: Master’s degree in Project Management, Public Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunication Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: 7+ years in large-scale ICT/security/surveillance projects.
2 Deputy Project Director (Technical) 35-45
  • Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering/Software Engineering, Information Technology/Computer Science.
  • Experience: 7+ years hands-on experience in large-scale ICT infrastructure projects, CCTV surveillance systems, etc.
3 Senior Civil Engineer 30-45
  • Qualification: Bachelor’s of Civil Engineering with certified license from Pakistan Engineering Council.
  • Experience: 7+ years working experience of executing High rise building infrastructure projects.
4 Technical Consultant 35-45
  • Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: 7+ years of system design, integration, technical documentation.
5 Financial Management Officer 30-45
  • Qualification: MBA Finance or MS Finance or M COM or Professional Accountant CA/ACCA/ACMA/ICMA .
  • Experience: 7+ years verifiable and relevant experience in the public sector projects / private organization in the field of financial management.
6 Internal Auditor 30-35
  • Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration.
  • Experience: 3+ years in relevant experience in internal auditing, risk assessment, or compliance.
7 Contract Management Officer 30-35
  • Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Law, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years relevant experience in procurement, contract administration, or supply chain management.
8 Admin. Coordination Superintendent 30-35
  • Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in administration, office management, or coordination roles.
9 Project Coordination Superintendent 25-35
  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in office administration, clerical work, or secretarial support.
10 Electrical Engineer 25-35
  • Qualification: B.E (Electrical) from HEC recognized university.
  • Experience: 2+ years relevant working experience in Electrical works of building construction projects.
11 Field Engineer 25-35
  • Qualification: B.E (Civil) / Diploma Civil from HEC recognized university.
  • Experience: 3+ years working experience in Civil Engineer in High rise Building construction works.

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
  • Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience in bookkeeping, or finance-related work.
13 Office Assistant 25-35
  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in office administration, clerical work, or secretarial support.
14 Legal Officer 25-35
  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from HEC recognized university.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in legal affairs, contract drafting, and compliance.
15 Rider 21-28
  • Qualification: Matriculation with valid motorcycle license.
  • Experience: 2+ years working experience in organization (either public sector or private).
16 Driver 21-28
  • Qualification: Matriculation with valid LTV / HTV driving license.
  • Experience: 2+ years working experience in organization (either public sector or private).
17 Sanitary Worker 21-28
  • Qualification: Literate.
