Terms & Conditions

  • Processing Fee: BS-01 to BS-07 Rs. 2000/-, BS-11 to BS-16 Rs. 3000/-
  • Where required the screening test will be conducted through the Independent Testing Service.
  • Candidates already employed in Government/Semi Government departments or Autonomous bodies must apply through proper channel by due date. Advance copy of application will not be entertained.
  • Age relaxation for serving Government employees shall be admissible as per policy of the Government.
  • Candidates must submit separate application for open and reserve quota.
  • Selection committee reserves the right to decide hiring of the candidate on regular or contract basis.
  • The Quota for disabled persons, minorities and women will be observed as per rules.
  • Candidate on regular basis will be appointed on contributory pension scheme as per Government of the Punjab Rules.
  • No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in Test/Interview etc. Candidate applying for more than one post will submit separate application form with necessary documents complete in all respects.
  • The university reserves the right to cancel/withhold any post or all advertisement without assigning any reason, which will not be challengeable in court of law.
  • Incomplete and late submission of application will not be entertained.
  • Decision of the University shall remain binding in all cases.
  • The Selection committee may increase / decrease or cancel / withhold any post(s) or its all advertisement without assigning any reason, which will not be challengeable in any court of law.
