🏞️ Kohat: The Strategic Gateway City

Kohat is a historic and strategically important city in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan, situated between the valleys of Peshawar and Bannu.

  • Strategic Pass and Tunnel: Kohat is famous for the Kohat Pass, a historical and rugged route through the Khigana Mountains. Today, the modern Kohat Tunnel (or “Friendship Tunnel”) significantly eases travel and trade, connecting the city directly to Peshawar and the Indus Highway.
