Ombudsperson Secretariat

The Ombudsperson Secretariat, specifically the Wafaqi Mohtasib (Federal Ombudsman) Secretariat, is an independent government institution established to diagnose, investigate, and rectify any injustice caused to the public by maladministration of federal government agencies. Its primary function is to enforce accountability and transparency in public service delivery across Pakistan. The Secretariat provides a mechanism for citizens to seek redress against administrative injustices and non-performance of duties by federal government departments.
