Head of Legal / Senior Law Officer

Qualification: LLB, LLM, Master's Degree in Business Administration, Law Graduate
Experience: 5 years

Task:

To coordinate with legal counsels for ensuing and pending litigation, court hearings and other corporate legal matters.
To draft and review agreements, contracts, MoUs and other legal documents.
To prepare, draft, present legal opinions, letters and memoranda on all sorts of corporate matters.
Ensure compliance of all procedures, applicable laws, rules and regulations, Companies Act 2017, relevant SECP and SBP guidelines, Secretarial Laws and Code of Corporate Governance.

Note: Preferably LLM degree from HEC recognized University. Member of a recognized Institute of professional accountants or member of a recognized Institute of Corporate / Chartered Secretaries such as ICAP / ICMAP / ICSP.

Experience: 3-5 years

Task:

Task:

Act as a single point of contact with the Board of Directors and management to coordinate and organize meetings between them and shareholders. Record minutes of all Board of Directors’ meetings.

Note: Member of a recognized Institute of professional accountants or member of a recognized Institute of Corporate / Chartered Secretaries such as ICAP / ICMAP / ICSP or hold a Master’s Degree in Business Administration / be a Law graduate from a university recognized by HEC.

Task:

Manage Network, Firewalls, Servers, SAN, Virtualization, SLA Management, Backup & Disaster Recovery (DR) Solution.
Troubleshooting and provide L2/L3 support for core systems and users.
Ensure high availability, security and performance of IT systems.

Note: Preferably in AMCs / Financial Sector.

Manager-Administration

Task:

To oversee daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning.
