- PEC (Pakistan Engineering Council) professional engineer registration is mandatory.

- Manage water supply, sanitation, and drainage projects in rural areas.
- Prepare technical reports, estimates, and project documentation.

Terms & Conditions
- Candidates must pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 500 via PSID challan before submitting the online application.
- Only one challan/payment is valid per applicant; one challan can be used to apply for all posts in this advertisement.
- Candidates must possess the required qualification at the time of applying as clearly mentioned in the advertisement.
- Experience will be counted from the date of obtaining the required qualification.
- Incomplete applications or those submitted without required documents will not be entertained.
- SPSC reserves the right to cancel any post without prior notice.
- Government and semi-government employees must apply through proper channel and submit NOC.
- Commission will not be responsible for any postal or technical delay after the last date.
- Age relaxation will be granted as per SOII (SGA&CD) 5-64/2011 (Part-II) notification dated 06.03.2026.
- Except for SPSC regular service employees, all candidates must pass a competitive examination.
- PEC (Pakistan Engineering Council) professional engineer registration is mandatory for all engineering posts.

- Visit the SPSC official website at www.spsc.gov.pk and complete initial registration if not already registered.
- After registration, apply online through the ‘Available Jobs’ section on the portal.
- Pay the online application fee of Rs. 500 via PSID challan through any online banking channel or 1 Bill Invoice/Service before submitting the application.
- Upload all required documents including educational certificates, domicile, experience certificates, CNIC, and PEC registration.
- Candidates already in government or semi-government service must apply through proper channel.
- Online applications will remain open until the last date; office hours close at 05:00 PM on the last date (office time).
- No hand-delivered or postal applications will be entertained.
