Job Description
An approved 145 Maintenance Organization is seeking skilled and experienced professionals for multiple positions in line maintenance operations. The vacancies are available for Technicians and Aircraft Engineers in both Avionics and Aerospace specialties.
Key Requirements for All Positions
- Ability to perform aircraft maintenance tasks effectively.
- Ability to read and interpret aircraft maintenance data and implementation procedures.
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Working experience on A-320 family aircraft will be an advantage.
- Ability to use Airbus World modules to access maintenance data is preferred.
Technician and Senior Technician Positions
Qualifications:
- FSC Pre-Engineering or Diploma in a relevant field.
- 3 years of apprenticeship in Avionics or Aerospace from a recognized 147 training institute is preferable.
Experience:
- Technician Positions: Minimum 3 years working in an approved 145 maintenance organization (line/base maintenance), excluding on-job training.
- Senior Technician Positions: Minimum 7 years working in an approved 145 maintenance organization (line/base maintenance), excluding on-job training.
Aircraft Engineer Positions
Qualifications:
- Holding an Aircraft Maintenance License (AML) issued by PCAA in Category B1 (Aerospace) or Category B2 (Avionics) without limitations.
- Endorsement with A320 Family aircraft.
- Endorsement for both V2500 and CFM 56-5B engines is preferable.
- Having valid certificates for mandatory trainings (HF, EWIS, and FTS) is preferable.
Experience:
- Minimum 6 or more years of experience working in a line maintenance environment of an approved 145 maintenance organization on the Airbus fleet.
- Minimum 6 months of current experience in the preceding 2 years.
- Minimum 6 months of certification experience will be an added advantage.
Additional Requirements for Engineers:
- Thorough knowledge of PCAA regulations and their implementation.
- Thorough knowledge of airframe, powerplant, and electrical systems.
- Excellent aircraft inspection skills and troubleshooting of defects.
