Financial Information Systems Engineer (FISE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing, developing, and implementing financial information systems, ERP systems, or public sector accounting software.
• End-to-end system implementation (at least 3 full cycles of end to end successful implementation of software within timelines).
• Managing Budgeting and expenditure management systems.
• Book keeping and financial reporting Procurement and inventory management modules.
• Fixed asset management and HR/payroll systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft .NET technologies, database management (SQL Server/Oracle), and system integration (APIs, middleware).

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s (16 year)/Master’s degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology, Software Engineering, Financial Information Systems or a related field.
• Certifications in one or more of the following will be preferred:
  • Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
  • Professional certifications in IPSAS or IAS.
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer/Data Engineer or .NET Developer.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing financial information systems, ERP systems, or public sector accounting software.
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile) is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in end-to-end system implementation (at least 3 full cycles of end to end successful implementation of software’s within timelines)
