Job Description
A Public Sector Company, Sindh Enterprise Development Fund (SEDF), engaged in providing financial and technical assistance to SMEs/MSMEs in the province of Sindh, is seeking qualified and dynamic professionals for various positions on a contract basis.
The Sindh Enterprise Development Fund (SEDF) is a public sector company established by the Government of Sindh. Its primary objective is to promote and facilitate the growth of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the province by providing financial and non-financial support. SEDF aims to foster entrepreneurship, create employment opportunities, and contribute to the economic development of Sindh.

- Responsible for supporting the Sindh Enterprise Development Fund (SEDF) in the technical, financial, and commercial appraisal of investment proposals, business plans, and feasibility studies submitted under SEDF’s financing and development initiatives.
- Incumbent evaluates project viability, conducts due diligence, and provides evidence-based recommendations to facilitate informed investment decisions in line with SEDF’s mandate and the Government of Sindh’s economic development objectives.

- Responsible for supporting the Sindh Enterprise Development Fund (SEDF) in implementing its mandate to promote sustainable growth, competitiveness, and investment within the Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) sector in Sindh.
- Incumbent is responsible for the appraisal, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of SME-related projects and initiatives financed or facilitated by SEDF.
- Contributes to policy research, project development, performance monitoring, and reporting to ensure that SEDF’s interventions align with the Government of Sindh’s economic development objectives and deliver measurable socio-economic impact.
- Computer literacy is a must.
