Requirements
- Education Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education. Preference given to degrees from top-tier international universities, national centers of excellence, and traditional public-sector centers.
- Cover Letter: A one to two-page cover letter stating interest in the role and suitability. Poor or unprofessional cover letters may lead to rejection.
- Quality of Experience and Achievement: Important for applicants from universities lacking accreditation. For Team Lead, a track record of excellence and leadership is required.
Eligibility Criteria
Team Lead (MBS-I)
- Minimum fifteen years of relevant professional experience in Pakistan or internationally.
- Track record of outstanding achievement, including leading teams successfully.
- Minimum sixteen years of education in the relevant field.
- Experience in public, private, or development sectors.
Associate (MBS-II)
- Minimum ten years of relevant professional experience in Pakistan or internationally.
- Track record of outstanding achievement.
- Minimum sixteen years of education in the relevant field.
- Experience in public, private, or development sectors.
Analyst (MBS-III & MBS-IV)
- Minimum five years of professional experience for MBS-III; fresh graduates for MBS-IV.
- Track record of outstanding achievement.
- Minimum sixteen years of education in the relevant field.
- Experience in public, private, or development sectors.
Recruitment Procedure
- Phase-I: Shortlisting based on academic credentials, CV quality, cover letter, professional track records, and reference verification.
- Phase-II: Standardized Aptitude Test for basic proficiency and technical competency assessment.
- Phase-III: Detailed interviews for final evaluation.
