Educational Qualification (Two Options):
Option 1:
- i. Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / IT at least in 2nd Division OR equivalent CGPA from a HEC-recognized University
- ii. Typing Speed of 30 WPM in English Typing and MS Office Certificate
OR
Option 2:
- i. Graduation at least in 2nd Division OR equivalent CGPA from a HEC recognized University with Diploma (Computer Science) (OR) in I.T from an Institute recognized by Sindh Board of Technical Education (SBTE)
- ii. Typing speed of 30 WPM in English Typing and MS Office Certificate

Mandatory Requirements
I. General Screening Test:
Applicants must have successfully passed the General Screening Test of Graduation Category, with at least 40% marks, conducted by the Sukkur IBA Testing Services (STS) and possess its certificate, issued by STS, as required for appointment to the aforementioned post.
II. Age Calculation:
Age of the applicants shall be calculated as per relevant rules/policy issued by the Services, General Administration & Coordination Department, Government of Sindh.
III. Quota Share:
The share of quota reserved for appointment shall be adhered to as per Law / Rules / Policy of Government of Sindh.
IV. NOC for Government Servants:
Those applicants who are already in Government Service should get NOC from their Department prior to submission of application and bring original copy of the NOC at the time of interview for submission before the Departmental Selection Committee.
V. Appointment Policy:
The appointment shall be made as per the policy Notified by the Government of Sindh on 26-04-2023 and 21-11-2025 and under provisions of Sindh Civil Servants Act, 1973 and its rules, as amended from time to time.
VI. Interview Requirements:
The short-listed applicants should appear before the Departmental Selection Committee along with original documents for interview as per the schedule to be uploaded on the Job Portal.
VII. No TA/DA:
No TA/DA will be admissible for interview.
Eligibility Criteria
Essential Requirements:
- Domicile: Must possess domicile of Province of Sindh
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (at least 2nd Division or equivalent CGPA) from HEC recognized university
- Computer Qualification:
- Either: Bachelor in Computer Science/IT, OR
- Diploma in Computer Science/IT from SBTE recognized institute
- Typing: 30 WPM speed in English Typing (certificate required)
- MS Office: MS Office Certificate required
- Age: Between 21-28 years (as per Government rules)
- STS Test: Must have passed General Screening Test (Graduation Category) with minimum 40% marks from Sukkur IBA Testing Services

Selection Process
Step 1: Application Screening
