Job Overview
MCB Bank is seeking a meticulous and experienced Employee Identity Lifecycle Manager to oversee the critical processes of employee ID creation, maintenance, and deactivation across the organization. This role demands a strong understanding of security protocols, data accuracy, and inter-departmental coordination to ensure seamless and secure access management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the ID creation process for new hires, internal transfers, and contract staff.
- Coordinate with HR, IT, and Facilities teams to ensure all system and physical access is properly configured.
- Ensure timely deactivation of IDs upon employee exit or role change.
- Define and enforce policies and procedures around ID management and access security.
- Perform periodic audits of ID systems to ensure compliance and eliminate discrepancies.
- Train and guide junior staff on ID management systems and procedures.
- Generate regular reports on ID issuance, active/inactive accounts, and audit findings.
- Handle escalations related to access issues and troubleshoot ID-related problems.
