Export Processing Zones Authority – Chairman Position
Export Processing Zones Authority (EPZA), a statutory autonomous body established under the EPZA Ordinance 1980 and functioning under the Federal Ministry of Industries and Production, invites applications for the position of Chairman. EPZA is responsible for developing and managing export processing zones throughout Pakistan to enhance the country’s export performance.

Qualification Requirements
Educational Qualifications:
- MBA, CA, Master in Public Administration, Master in Financial Management, Economics, FCMA
- Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent from recognized national/international institution
- All qualifications must be recognized by HEC
- For civil servants BS-21 and above: Master’s degree or equivalent
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 18 years job experience
- At least 2 years as CEO of a reputable organization
- OR Civil Servant of BS-21 and above (retired or serving)
- Adequate senior management experience at renowned organizations
Required Competencies & Attributes
- Strong leadership, communication, financial and management skills
- Good reputation and not disqualified to act as director under SOE Act
- Good understanding of Pakistan’s industrial environment and issues
- Passion to create enabling environment for investors to drive exports
- No convictions or civil liabilities
- No conflict of interest (including political office holders)

Submission Guidelines:
- Applications must reach within 15 days of advertisement publication
- Address applications to: Export Processing Zones Authority, Ministry of Industries and Production, Government of Pakistan, Islamabad
- Write “Chairman” on top right corner of envelope
- Serving officers BS-21 and above may apply but must resign/retire before joining if selected
Important Conditions
- No TA/DA for interview
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview by Selection Board
- Age calculated as of closing date of advertisement
- Merit-based selection
- Contract initially for 3 years (extendable)
