Position: Program Associate (Position-02)
Location: Quetta, Balochistan
Project: Post Flood Reconstruction Program 2022 – IFRAP
Salary Package: Competitive (as per World Bank funded project standards)
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree (14-years) from HEC recognized University in:
- Economics
- Business Administration
- IT (Information Technology)
- Project Management
- Procurement Management
- Any relevant field
Experience Required:
- At least 05 years of experience in relevant field
- Experience in project management, administration, or related areas
- Relevant field experience as per educational background
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of Post Flood Reconstruction Program activities
- Assist in project planning, coordination and monitoring
- Manage project documentation and reporting systems
- Coordinate with stakeholders, government departments, and implementing partners
- Monitor project activities and prepare progress reports
- Support procurement processes and contract management
- Assist in financial management and budget monitoring
- Ensure compliance with World Bank and government regulations
- Support in organizing meetings, workshops and training sessions
- Maintain project databases and information systems
- Assist in preparation of quarterly and annual reports
- Support field coordination and monitoring activities
- Contribute to flood resilient adaptation initiatives
- Assist in community engagement and beneficiary coordination

About the Project
Post Flood Reconstruction Program 2022 – IFRAP:
The Integrated Flood Resilient Adaptation Project (IFRAP) is a World Bank funded initiative under the Post Flood Reconstruction Program 2022. The project aims to rebuild and strengthen infrastructure and communities affected by devastating floods, while enhancing resilience to future flood events.
