Job Description
Hazara Electric Supply Company Limited (HAZECO) is seeking applications for various positions. HAZECO is a newly established public sector company under the administrative control of the Ministry of Energy (Power Division), Government of Pakistan, responsible for supply and distribution of electricity across eight districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The company is focused on strengthening its human resource base and enhancing its operational capacity. - Visit www.etea.edu.pk for submission of online application.
- After successful submission of online application, a prescribed online deposit slip will be generated.
- Take a printout of the generated deposit slip & deposit the prescribed test fee (non-refundable) through Easypaisa app or Agent or at any branch of UBL Bank.
- After successful fee submission, please keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) with yourself and do not share with anyone else.
- After submitting the online application, candidates should not send documents or testimonials later, candidates who qualify the screening test will be required to provide copies of the same when requested by ETEA or the Appointing Authority for verification purposes.
Terms & Conditions
- Maximum Age Limit of all positions is 35 years.
- Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test. However, detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority and if any candidate is found ineligible in any respect at any state of the recruitment process, he/she will be disqualified by the appointing authority.
- All the candidates will be required to create a profile on ETEA’s website. After creating the profile and before applying/depositing fee for any post, such candidates will have to print the prescribed deposit slip and get their CNIC No. verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat Franchise (Kiosk). Without such verification, they will not be able to apply for any post.
- Candidates possessing academic qualifications shall enter the percentage equivalent of their CGPA as officially awarded/declared by their respective university. Such candidates shall be required to produce a certificate issued by the concerned university confirming the CGPA-to-percentage equivalence at the time of interview. In case of any discrepancy in the percentage declared in the application form or failure to produce the required equivalence certificate, the candidate shall not be allowed to appear in the interview.
- Interview calls letter will be issued to shortlisted candidates only.
- Shortlisting of candidates will be based on test conducted by the ETEA.
- The above positions are purely contractual, on Company Grade M-1, governed under HAZECO Policy on Contract Employment, 2025.
- These positions are non-pensionable and will never be regularized in future at any stage.
- Candidates if selected will be required to perform duty anywhere in the area of service of the Company.
- Candidates should be eligible in all respects by the last date of receipt of the applications. Incomplete applications and applications received after due dates will not be entertained.
- Candidates awaiting their results are not eligible to apply. Only those candidates who have completed their requisite degrees are eligible to apply.
- The candidates working in Government/Semi-Government bodies should apply through proper channel after obtaining NOC.
- The selected candidate shall be required to resign from their current regular or contractual employment and submit a relieving letter before joining HAZECO.
- Candidates intending to apply for more than one post shall apply separately for each post with separate fee.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
- HAZECO reserved the right to cancel the recruitment process at any stage.
- Dismissed/Screened out employees of any organization having criminal record are not eligible for employment in HAZECO.
- Concealment or misrepresentation of facts at any stage will lead to his/her disqualification.
- In case of a foreign degree, equivalent certificate from HEC must be provided.
- Error/Omissions in number of posts are subject to rectifications.
