Job Opportunity at Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Transplantation Regulatory Authority (KP-MTRA)

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Transplantation Regulatory Authority (KP-MTRA) is an autonomous body established under the KP-MTRA Act, 2014. It aims to regulate, monitor, and control all transplantation activities of human organs, tissues, and cells in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the following vacant position:

Terms & Conditions

  1. Candidates will provisionally be allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test. Detailed security will be carried out by the appointing authority, and if any candidate is found ineligible at any stage, he/she will be disqualified.
  2. All candidates will be required to create a profile on the ETEA website. After creating the profile, candidates will have to print the E-Sahulat token form from the ETEA website and get the CNIC verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise.
  3. Interview call letters will be issued only to shortlisted candidates.
  4. No TA/DA will be admissible for the test/interview.
  5. The screening test conducted by ETEA shall be for the purpose of shortlisting candidates only.
  6. Candidates should be eligible in all respects by the last date of receipt of applications. Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be entertained.
  7. Candidates working in Government/Semi-Government bodies should apply through the proper channel.
  8. Irrelevant experience will not be considered for eligibility.
  9. Appointment will be made on a regular basis in accordance with the KP-MTRA Employees (Terms & Conditions of Service) Policy.
  10. Age shall be reckoned on the last date of submission of applications. Age relaxation will be granted as per KP-MTRA Employees (Terms & Conditions of Service) Policy.
  11. KP-MTRA reserves the right to cancel the advertisement, recruitment process, increase or decrease the number of posts at any level without assigning any reason.
  12. The candidate shall provide equivalency certificates issued by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) in case of a foreign degree or a national qualification claimed as equivalent.
  13. Errors/Omissions in the number of posts are subject to rectification, and the number of vacancies can be increased/decreased.
  14. Shortlisted candidates should bring original documents along with CNIC and attested photocopies of each document at the time of the interview.
  15. The verification fee of each document of the selected candidates will be paid by the respective candidate. In case of fake or missing information/documents, their appointment order will be canceled automatically.

How to Apply

  1. Interested candidates may first visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply for the posts online.
  2. After successful submission of the online application, a prescribed online deposit slip (having token number, project code & candidate’s personal information) will be generated.
  3. Take a printout of the generated deposit slip and deposit the prescribed test fee (non-refundable) through the EasyPaisa app, agent, or at any branch of UBL Bank.
  4. After successful fee submission, keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) with yourself and do not share it with anyone else.
  5. After online application, do not send documents/testimonials to the ETEA office. Copies of testimonials/documents will be provided by the candidates who qualify for the screening test, as and when required by the Appointing Authority for scrutiny purposes.
  6. Availability of the online Application Form on www.etea.edu.pk from 15th January, 2026.
  7. The last date for submission of the online application is 31st January, 2026.
  8. Candidates will be informed through SMS by ETEA to download and print their Roll No. Slips from www.etea.edu.pk. Candidates are directed not to give ported/converted mobile numbers.
  9. Test Date, Time & Venue will be mentioned on the Roll No. Slip.
  10. No separate Call Letter will be issued to candidates for the screening test through postal/courier means.
