Available Positions
1. Unit Head – Business & Credit Processing (AVP / VP)

Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities
- To ensure timely and accurate processing of credit proposals initiated by Relationship Managers (RMs) / Divisions / Head Office (HO) / Corporate Banking Group (CBG) / Investment Banking Group (IBG) / Treasury Group (TG) / SME & Agricultural Banking Group (SME).
- To follow up with respective RM / UH / RCH / DH / CRMG (if required) and Management Credit Committee Secretariat for timely disposal of credit proposals.
- To process agenda papers for the Board Risk & Compliance Committee & Board of Directors for related party credit cases in compliance with SBP’s Corporate Governance Regulatory Framework (G-15).
- To prepare and seek temporary extensions in the limit expiry of Pan Pakistan corporate obligors from the competent authority on a monthly basis.
- To provide MIS to BRCC on matters arising related to borrowers having weak financials in coordination with respective RMs / Divisions, whenever required.
- To ensure compliance with SBP’s Prudential Regulations and Bank’s internal policies and procedures.
- To maintain liaison with relevant Regional Corporate Centers (RCCs) / Divisions and MCCs / Board Secretariat for review of draft minutes and subsequent issuance of approved minutes.
- To prepare and seek temporary extensions in the limit expiry of Pan Pakistan corporate obligors from the competent authority on a monthly basis.
- To provide MIS to BRCC on matters arising related to borrowers having weak financials in coordination with respective RMs / Divisions, whenever required.
- To perform any other task as assigned by Wing Head / BCP / Divisional Head SBD.

Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities
- To assist Wing Head in developing and managing periodic MIS reports to support business performance monitoring, strategic planning, and management decision-making.
- To ensure submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs of all Regional Corporate Centers and Divisions and CIBG.
- To ensure submission of various MIS reports as required by internal & external stakeholders.
- To identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement across business centers and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for validation.
- To ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing quality checks, automated reporting processes & IT tools to streamline data flows.
- To supervise and guide the analytics team to ensure timely delivery of insights, reports, and presentations aligned with business needs.
3. Unit Head – Business & Credit Processing (OG-I / AVP)

Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities
- To assist Unit Head in assessing credit applications and providing recommendations for credit proposals submitted in light with the Bank’s approved Credit Policy and financial analysis expertise.
- To gather intelligence, analyze, and present findings on key sector analysis, present these as NBSP – CIBG business lines for timely decisions.
- To review and prepare ongoing risk assessments of the CIBG portfolio through updated knowledge on industry developments via sector analysis department.
- To keep abreast with all regulatory guidelines (including State Bank of Pakistan’s Prudential Regulations), as well as internal NBP requirements (including credit policies, procedures, and guidelines).
- To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s).
Assessment Test / Interview
Only shortlisted candidates strictly meeting the above-mentioned basic eligibility criteria will be invited for test and/or panel interview(s).
Employment Type
The employment will be on a contractual basis for three years which may be renewed based on mutual consent and performance. Selected candidates will be offered compensation packages and benefits as per Bank’s policy.
