Position 1: Physiotherapist – Pakistan Women National Cricket Team

Position Overview
The individual will work with the Pakistan National Women Team and medical staff related to the National team. The selected candidate will work as part of multidisciplinary team ensuring the care and performance of national team players, preventing and managing players’ injuries. Also, will be required to manage players treatment, rehab and recovery sessions, depending upon the needs national cricket team’s engagement in a calendar year.
Required Education & Experience

| Experience | At least 5 years working experience in Clinical, Sports and preferably with a Cricket/Sports Team environment |
| Specialized Skills | Experience of processes for injury prevention, injury diagnoses and evidence based successful rehabilitation |
Key Responsibilities
- To work collaboratively with the Medical & Sports Sciences Team to maximize player availability via the design of injury prevention and rehabilitation strategies
- Maintain comprehensive and secure records of player’s treatment, progress and the work done with them
- Plan treatment programs and examine/diagnose injuries
- Monitoring the progress of player and adjusting or changing treatments as needed
- Interact, and provide relevant information/reports, on a regular basis with team management and any relevant committees

Position 2: Strength & Conditioning Coach – Pakistan Women National Cricket Team

Position Overview
The individual will be responsible for the program and delivery of physical preparation in coordination with the Team management of the Pakistan Women Cricket Team. Will work closely with the Pakistan Women Cricket Team Management and National Cricket Academy and to co-ordinate the delivery of strength and conditioning services. Will be responsible for developing the exercise programs designed to help players reach their fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive individualized physical conditioning programs and ‘delivery strategies’ to assist players to achieve personal development goals
- Work load management
- Interact, and provide relevant information/reports, on a regular basis with team management and any relevant committees
- Provide on and off field support for players through nutrition, and recovery strategies
- Provide and promote recovery strategies consistent with international competition
- Regularly track player’s progress, analyze results, and adjust workout plans as needed to ensure continued improvement
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of player’s progress, sessions, and other relevant data
- Educate player’s on proper exercise techniques, injury prevention, and recovery methods
