Sales Executive (IT)

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will actively pursue new sales opportunities, build and maintain strong customer relationships, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams to drive sales performance, preparing quotations, and managing ongoing projects. This is a full-time, in-person position offering a competitive monthly salary.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Regularly visit customers to strengthen relationships and ensure a steady pipeline of sales prospects.
• Consistently achieve both individual and company-wide sales targets.
• Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to enhance overall sales results.
• Prepare accurate quotations and monitor ongoing projects to ensure timely completion.
• Address customer complaints promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
• Provide weekly sales reports and forecast future sales trends to assist in business planning.
• Deliver engaging product presentations and solution-focused sales pitches tailored to client needs.
• Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
• Keep customer records current and ensure relevant product certifications are maintained.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads and build lasting customer relationships.
• Good understanding of market research methods and data analysis.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and internal teams.
