Job Description

Ministry of Information Broadcasting, Islamabad requires services of qualified, energetic, well experienced and motivated individuals for appointment against following Special Professional Pay Scale (SPPS) positions on contract basis, as per rules/policy.

The Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA) is a federal regulatory authority established by the Government of Pakistan. Its primary function is to regulate and facilitate the establishment and operation of electronic media (broadcast and distribution services) in Pakistan. PEMRA ensures adherence to a code of conduct, promotes fair competition, and safeguards national interest and values in electronic media content.

Head of Data (SPPS-II)

Qualification: Master's degree
Experience: 10 Years

Note: Master’s degree or equivalent in Data Science, Political Science/ International Relations, Business/Public Administration, or a related discipline from HEC recognized university with minimum of 10 years of professional experience in data analysis, data strategy, media analytics, or related areas, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Head of Strategy (SPPS-II)

Qualification: Master's degree
Experience: 10 Years

Note: Master’s degree or equivalent in Business Management, Economics, Public Policy, Political Science/ International Relations, or a related discipline from HEC recognized university with minimum of 10 years of professional experience in strategic communication, media relations, public engagement, narrative building, or related areas, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Head of Marketing (SPPS-III)

Qualification: Master's degree
Experience: 7 Years

Note: Master’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Political science or a related field from HEC recognized university with minimum of 07 years of professional experience in marketing, public relations, strategic communication, media relations, narrative development, or related areas, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
