The National Job Portal (NJP) is the official, centralized online platform established by the Government of Pakistan under its “Digital Transformation” initiative.

Purpose:

It serves as a single online exchange for job seekers across the country and globally to find and apply for employment opportunities exclusively in the public sector (Federal and Provincial Ministries and departments).
Its primary goal is to ensure transparency and merit-based hiring by eliminating the need for middlemen and centralizing all government job postings in one digital location: njp.gov.pk.

Job seekers can register, create a digital CV, search for jobs using smart filters, and apply online.
