General Instructions
- Experience means experience gained after obtaining the minimum required qualification.
- Applicants are required to apply online via HEC website: https://careers.hec.gov.pk. No need to send a hard copy of CV and documents.
- Application processing fee of Rs. 1000/- may be deposited via 1Link services using a Mobile Banking App or Mobile Wallet on the given link: https://careers.hec.gov.pk.
- Tests will be conducted at the nearest possible location of the candidates (Islamabad/Rawalpindi, Karachi, Lahore, Quetta & Peshawar).
- All applications are processed on the basis of information/data provided by the applicants through their online profiles. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the test/interview.
- Those who are already in Government Service should apply through the proper channel. Five (05) years of general age relaxation will be given as per Government rules.
- Further age relaxation will be given as per the Government rules.
- The experience as part-time, honorary, apprentice, and internship (as a part of study) will not be considered/counted as experience.
- HEC reserves the right to reject any or all applications without assigning any reason, as well as to increase/decrease the number of vacancies as per requirement.
