Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage incoming and outgoing calls.
• Direct calls to the appropriate officers or departments.
• Maintain telephone logs and keep contact directories updated.
• Provide accurate information to callers in a polite manner.
• Report any faults in communication lines or equipment.
• Assist Telephone Supervisor and Assistant Communication Officer.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must have successfully passed the General Screening Test of Matriculation Category with at least 40% Marks conducted by Sukkur IBA Testing Service.
