Job Description
Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) is seeking a qualified Company Secretary to join their team. This is a key role responsible for ensuring compliance with corporate governance rules and supporting the Board of Directors.

- Maintain confidentiality on all matters and deliberations of the Board and its Committees.
- Ensure Board procedures are followed and all applicable laws, rules and regulations are complied with.
- Possess complete knowledge of Corporate Governance Rules of Public Sector Companies.
- Have strong business acumen and judgment capabilities.
- Experience of performing in Senior Management positions with Board level interaction.
- Possess excellent writing skills to effectively record and produce Board minutes and directions.
- Ensure Board directions are implemented by the management.
- Develop a competent and high-performing team.
- Typing speed required.
- University recognized by the Higher Education Commission.
