Position 1: Digital Transformation Lead
Number of Posts: 01
Age Limit: 30-40 years
Salary Package: Rs.400,000/- + 10% annual increase
Eligibility Criteria:
- 16 years of education in Computer Science/IT, Management Sciences or related field
- Preferred: MBA/MPA from a university recognized by the HEC
- Minimum 08 years experience in Digital/Information Communication in government or corporate sector
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead digital transformation initiatives for the department
- Develop and implement digital strategies and policies
- Oversee IT infrastructure and digital systems
- Manage digital outreach and communication programs
- Coordinate with stakeholders for technology implementation
- Ensure alignment of IT initiatives with departmental goals
- Monitor and evaluate digital projects and programs
- Provide strategic guidance on technology adoption
Position 2: Digital Media Associate

- Minimum 04 years experience in digital media management

- From a university recognized by the HEC
- Minimum 02 years experience in network connectivity & IT infrastructure

- Maintain IT infrastructure and connectivity
- Monitor network connectivity and performance
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Install and configure network equipment
- Ensure proper functioning of infrastructure
- Coordinate with service providers for connectivity

Tenure & Contract Terms
TENURE: The appointment shall be made purely on a contract basis, initially for a period of three (03) years, which may be further extended by the Competent Authority subject to satisfactory performance.
Note: Terms and conditions of appointment shall be settled separately.

- The candidate already in Government/Semi-Government service should apply through proper channel
- The candidates having foreign degree will have to submit the equivalence certificate issued by HEC
- The candidates shall be shortlisted according to eligibility criteria and only the shortlisted candidates will be called for interview
- The Department reserves the right not to fill/withdraw post or withhold the appointment without assigning any reason
- Candidates of valid domicile of the Punjab Province are eligible to apply for the post
