Graduation at least in second division from any University recognized by Higher Education Commission (HEC). Six months Certificate Course in MS Office from an institute recognized by Sindh Board of Technical Education / Trade Testing Service Board.
Terms & Conditions
- Applicants must have successfully passed the General Screening Test of Testing Services (STS) and possess its certificate, issued by (STS), as required for appointment to the aforementioned posts.
- The age of the applicants shall be calculated from the closing date of submission of application as provided under Rule-7 of the Sindh Civil Servants (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 2024. However, the upper age relaxation limit will be five (05) years as provided in Notification of Services, General Administration and Coordination Department vide Notification No. SO II (SGA&CD) 564/2011 (Part II) dated 06.03.2025.
- The share of quota reserved for the initial appointment shall be adhered to as per Law / Rules / Policy of Government of Sindh.
- Those applicants who are already in Government Service should get No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their Department prior to submission of application and bring Original copy of the NOC at the date/time of interview for submission before the Departmental Selection Committee (DSC).
- The appointment shall be made as per the policy notified by the Government of Sindh on 26th April 2023 and under the provisions of the Sindh Civil Servants Act, 1973, and its rules, as amended from time to time.
- The applicants should appear before the Departmental Selection Committee along with original documents for interview as per the schedule to be uploaded on the Job Portal. In this regard, candidate must visit the portal / website time to time.
- The candidate must have domicile and PRC of District Kashmore at Kandhkot. It shall be considered as FINAL. NO CHANGE WILL BE ENTERTAINED thereafter on any account whatsoever.
- The Competent Authority reserves the right to re-allocate, add, delete, and cancel/postpone the recruitment process at any stage.
- Candidates who provide false/fake information will be permanently blacklisted from this job portal. Providing fictitious, exaggerated or misleading information shall result in rejection of application and termination of employment, at any stage.
- Passing the Written/objective test alone shall not guarantee the job. The applicant shall have to fulfill all other terms and conditions as per policy of the department/Government of Sindh.
