Eligibility Criteria
Qualification and Experience
- Education: Ph.D. in Agriculture related Sciences from an HEC recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 25 years of proven experience in R&D organizations or recognized institutions of research/higher learning in public or private sectors.
- Management: Extensive track record in senior management and leadership positions, managing multi-disciplinary groups of scientists.
- Publications: At least 17 research publications in HEC recognized refereed journals or books.
Age Limit
- Minimum 45 years and Maximum 62 years (calculated as on the closing date of application).
Required Skills
- Demonstrated ability to mobilize and utilize financial and human resources effectively.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Management skills in developing and articulating a vision to strengthen the organization.
