1. Deputy Director (Social Media Management)
- Age (Max): 44 Years
- Educational Background:
- Bachelors in Mass Communications, Media Studies, Public Relations, Business Administration, Journalism or related field from HEC recognized University.
- Minimum 16 Years of HEC verified education is a must.
- Masters will be preferred.
- Degrees must be attested from HEC.
- Professional Experience:
- Preferably 5 to 10 years of professional experience in public relations, media engagement, corporate communications or outreach with 3 to 5 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of designing and executing successful communication campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of digital communication, media handling, and public engagement tools.
- Responsibilities, Skills & Competencies:
- Develop and implement public engagement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Design and monitor communication campaigns for both traditional and digital platforms.
- Supervise digital campaigns, social media content, and online engagement strategies.
- Monitor sentiment analysis and online feedback to improve communication effectiveness.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
- Maintain strong relations with media outlets.
- Draft press releases, statements and key messages for public dissemination.
- Organize press conferences, media briefings and outreach events.
- Oversee community outreach programs and awareness drives.
- Address public queries, concerns, and feedback through structured engagement mechanisms.
- Lead and mentor communication and outreach staff.

2. Assistant Director (Content Generation)
- Age (Max): 37 Years
- Educational Background:
- Bachelors in Mass Communications, Media Studies, Business Administration, Journalism or related field from HEC recognized University.
- Minimum 16 Years of HEC verified education is a must.
- Masters will be preferred.
- Degrees must be attested from HEC.
- Professional Experience:
- Preferably 2 to 7 years of post-qualification professional experience in a reputable public sector.
- Proven expertise in social media narrative & strategy building, branding, and digital communication strategy.
- Hands-on experience in content production, visual storytelling, and multimedia management.
- Responsibilities, Skills & Competencies:
- Develop and implement comprehensive media, branding, and content strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Create and oversee high-quality multimedia content, including campaigns, publications, and social media materials.
- Strengthen institutional narrative and brand identity through consistent and impactful communication.
- Manage digital engagement, monitor analytics, and coordinate with media outlets to enhance public visibility.
- Supervise multimedia production team and ensure adherence to communication standards and timelines.
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate media and creative teams to maintain effective workflows and professional growth.
- Evaluate communication outcomes and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
3. Deputy Assistant Director (Video Content Creator)
- Age (Max): 30 Years
- Educational Background:
- Bachelors in Mass Communications, Media Studies, Business Administration, Journalism or related field from HEC recognized University.
- Minimum 16 Years of HEC verified education is a must.
- Masters will be preferred.
- Degrees must be attested from HEC.
- Professional Experience:
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in content creation.
- Proficiency in various communication tools and software(s) for video editing and camera operation.
- Responsibilities, Skills & Competencies:
- Proven experience as a Video Editor with demonstrable skills in camera operation.
- Proficiency in operating professional video cameras and related equipment.
- Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Strong understanding of cinematography principles, including composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with storytelling skills through visual media.
- Having experience of planning and execution of events and activities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
4. Deputy Assistant Director (Social Media Specialist)
- Age (Max): 30 Years
- Educational Background:
- Bachelors in Mass Communications, Media Studies, Business Administration, Journalism or related field from HEC recognized University.
- Minimum 16 Years of HEC verified education is a must.
- Masters will be preferred.
- Degrees must be attested from HEC.
- Professional Experience:
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in, media engagement or corporate communications and well-versed with the emerging trends.
- Responsibilities, Skills & Competencies:
- Understanding of different Social Media platforms with respect to their policies & Algorithms.
- Managing social media accounts, scheduling posts and ensuring connect aligns with brand voice and guidelines.
- Monitoring social media metrics, analyzing performance and preparing report to task and optimize strategies.
- Planning and executing social media campaigns, including paid advertising, promotions and collaborations.
- Staying informed about industry trends, platform updates and emerging social media technologies to inform strategy.
- Conducting research and audience analysis to understand target demographics and tailor content accordingly.
- Coordinating with internal teams such as Operations, Projects and customer service to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
- Monitoring conversations and mentions related to the brand or industry to identify opportunities and address concerns.
- Ensuring all contents and interactions comply with relevant laws, regulations, and platform policies.
5. Deputy Assistant Director (Digital Archiving Specialist)
- Age (Max): 30 Years
- Educational Background:
- Bachelors in Mass Communications, Media Studies, Business Administration, Journalism or related field from HEC recognized University.
- Minimum 16 Years of HEC verified education is a must.
- Masters will be preferred.
- Degrees must be attested from HEC.
- Professional Experience:
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in digital archiving.
- Knowledge of digital preservation standards, archival best practices, and proficient in tools and technologies that support metadata creation, digital asset management, and user-friendly access to archival materials.
- Responsibilities, Skills & Competencies:
- Identify, collect, and assess chronological records and data across departments. Evaluate existing archival materials for preservation and digitization needs.
- Lead the digitization of physical documents, photographs, media, and other archival content. Ensure proper arrangement and description of materials using recognized archival standards.
- Design and implement a scalable digital archiving system, including selection and deployment of appropriate software and hardware tools. Develop and apply metadata standards and controlled vocabularies for consistent cataloging and retrieval.
- Build intuitive search and retrieval functions for internal and external users. Create engaging and accessible display options for archival content, including digital exhibitions or curated collections.
- Ensure long-term preservation of digital assets through appropriate storage solutions and data integrity checks. Develop and implement policies for digital preservation, access, and rights management.
- Collaborate with IT, communications, and other departments to gather and contextualize materials. Train staff in using the digital archive and contribute to knowledge-sharing across the organization.
Terms & Conditions
- Selected candidate will be hired initially for a contract period of 5 years (extendable if required).
- Management reserves the right to accept/reject any application without assigning any reason.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
- Candidate shall be disqualified if false information is provided.
- Employees serving in Government/Semi-Government departments must provide/attach a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of submission of application.
- 5 years’ relaxation in age is already included in the above age limit.
- Selected candidate shall provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.

- Attested degrees from Higher Education Commission (HEC)/relevant regulatory bodies must be provided at the time of joining.
