Manager Trade Finance (OG-I)

Qualification: Bachelor / Graduation, Master's Degree
Experience: 04 Years

Task:

To process trade transactions i.e. import, ERE, guarantees, LC advising in centralized environment
To manage lodgment and retirements of import / export documents
To disburse loans like, FIM, FATR, FE25, ERF, pre and post shipment loans
To issue shipping documents, bank guarantees, claims and cancellations
To ensure that all transactions are executed within allowed Turn-Around-Time (TAT) and as per Service Level Agreement (SLA) of the branches
To advise LC / LC amendment / cancellation to the customers / branch and recover advising charges from the customers
To receive shipping documents and check their genuineness and completeness
To manage Day-end review of all the entries made in the system by ensuring that these entries have been made according to the request sent by the branches and day-end reconciliation report of the same
To provide customer services, handle inquiries, and report to all internal and external stakeholders
To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s)

Note:

Knowledge of all ICC publications, local regulatory requirements and relevant policies
Expertise in MS Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication skills
Hands on experience in Trade Imports / Exports / LC Opening / LC advising / Trade Documentation / PSW / Refinance / Guarantees

Officer Equity Settlement (OG-II / OG-I)

Qualification: Bachelor / Graduation, Master's Degree
Experience: 02 Years

Task:

To ensure processing end-to-end settlement of treasury deals, including Equities and Fixed Income under the defined TAT
To perform daily reconciliation of pertaining GLs and resolve discrepancies
To be responsible for data acquisition with accuracy for audit and regulatory / internal reporting
To establish key MIS reports reflecting investment portfolios / outstanding position / upcoming maturities / profit payments
To execute maturing deals, manage profit / interest payments and settle premature encashment upon request
To be responsible to record investment booking accurately in Treasury and Core Banking system
To support teams to streamline operations, possible automations and updating SOPs
To be responsible for timely escalation of the major / pending issues to the Supervisor / Wing Head
To perform any other assignment as assigned by the Supervisor / Wing Head

Note:

Good knowledge of Treasury Products / Instruments and Settlement Life Cycle
Proficient in MS Office / Core Banking / Treasury Applications
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
