- Education: Master’s degree. Preference for Project Management, Accounting & Finance, Business/Public Administration.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in project development and handling.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools like Asana, Trello, Jira, Microsoft Project, Basecamp, Smartsheet, Wrike, Notion, Google Workspace.

| Full Stack Developer |
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field from an HEC-recognized university. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate) are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in software development with a focus on full-stack development using .NET. Experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining web applications, especially complex/large-scale ones.
- Technical Skills: Front-End (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular/React/Vue.js), Back-End (C#, .NET framework, ASP.NET Core, Web API), Database (SQL Server, ORM), Version Control (Git, CI/CD), Cloud (Azure/AWS), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Education: Bachelor’s/BS(Hons) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Commerce, or CA/ACCA/ACMA/CFA. Advanced degrees (MBA or M.Com in Accounting & Finance) preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in financial management, preferably in the public sector. Proven track record in budgeting, cost control, financial analysis, and cash flow management for large-scale projects.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel, VBA, Microsoft Power BI; proficient in cost/benefit analysis methods.

| Monitoring & Evaluation Expert |
- Education: Bachelor’s/BS(Hons) in Civil Engineering/Architecture from an HEC-recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in Monitoring & Evaluation of development projects, particularly large construction projects. Experience in 3D architectural visualizations, models, animations, and renders for urban/rural development projects.
- Technical Skills: 3ds Max (modeling, rendering, animation), AutoCAD (drafting/designing), Lumion/Twinmotion, Photoshop, Premier Pro.
