Financial Information Systems Engineer (FISE)
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing, developing, and implementing financial information systems, ERP systems, or public sector accounting software.
- End-to-end system implementation (at least 3 full cycles of end to end successful implementation of software within timelines).
- Managing Budgeting and expenditure management systems.
- Book keeping and financial reporting Procurement and inventory management modules.
- Fixed asset management and HR/payroll systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft .NET technologies, database management (SQL Server/Oracle), and system integration (APIs, middleware).
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s (16 year)/Master’s degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology, Software Engineering, Financial Information Systems or a related field.
- Certifications in one or more of the following will be preferred:
- Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
- Professional certifications in IPSAS or IAS.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer/Data Engineer or .NET Developer.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing financial information systems, ERP systems, or public sector accounting software.
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile) is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in end-to-end system implementation (at least 3 full cycles of end to end successful implementation of software’s within timelines)
