Key Responsibilities:

  • Overall management and supervision of building and civil works at MTI-HMC
  • Planning, designing and execution of construction projects
  • Supervision of ongoing construction and renovation projects
  • Ensuring quality standards in all civil works
  • Managing maintenance and repair of buildings and infrastructure
  • Preparation of BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimates
  • Coordination with contractors and consultants
  • Compliance with building codes and safety regulations
  • Monitoring project timelines and budget
  • Inspection of civil works and quality assurance
  • Preparation of technical reports and documentation
  • Managing civil engineering staff and teams
