Key Responsibilities:
- Overall management and supervision of building and civil works at MTI-HMC
- Planning, designing and execution of construction projects
- Supervision of ongoing construction and renovation projects
- Ensuring quality standards in all civil works
- Managing maintenance and repair of buildings and infrastructure
- Preparation of BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimates
- Coordination with contractors and consultants
- Compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Monitoring project timelines and budget
- Inspection of civil works and quality assurance
- Preparation of technical reports and documentation
- Managing civil engineering staff and teams
- Liaison with relevant government departments
- Ensuring proper utilization of resources
- Implementation of approved building projects

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Experience in healthcare facility construction
- Experience working in teaching hospitals or medical institutions
- Knowledge of hospital building requirements and standards
- Project management certification (PMP or equivalent)
