Key Responsibilities
Lecturer (BPS-18)
- Conduct lectures and tutorials for undergraduate students
- Prepare course materials and examination papers
- Supervise student projects and research activities
- Participate in departmental meetings and academic activities
- Engage in professional development and research
Assistant Professor (BPS-19)
- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses
- Supervise graduate student research and theses
- Conduct independent research and publish in peer-reviewed journals
- Develop curriculum and course content
- Contribute to departmental administration
- Participate in university committees and academic activities
Associate Professor (BPS-20)
- Teach and supervise at undergraduate and postgraduate levels
- Lead research projects and mentor junior faculty
- Publish research in high-impact journals
- Secure research grants and funding
- Contribute to curriculum development and program review
- Serve on university committees and provide academic leadership
- Represent the department in academic forums
Professor (BPS-21)
- Provide academic and administrative leadership in the department
