Senior Officer Clinical Laboratory & Blood Transfusion Services BS-MLT with 2–3 years of experience. Training for laboratory staff; coordinating with Quality Monitoring; overseeing daily operations; promoting technical excellence.
Deputy Manager Clinical Laboratory BS-MLT with 8–10 years of experience in clinical laboratories. Managing day-to-day lab operations; ensuring quality control; recruiting/supervising staff; supporting budgeting; introducing new testing methodologies.
Assistant Manager Quality & Monitoring Directorate Bachelor’s/Master’s in Medical Laboratory Technology or related; 4–6 years of experience; Quality Management certification (ISO 15189, CAP, etc.) preferred.
