- All posts are Islamabad-based. Practical Tests/Interviews will be conducted at IST, Islamabad campus only.
- The age will be calculated on the closing date of applications. Ex-Govt. officials/Ex-servicemen who fulfill the eligibility criteria may be granted age relaxation as per Govt. rules.
- Compliance with eligibility criteria for any post does not guarantee shortlisting for practical tests/interviews.
- If a large number of applications are received for any post, only the best suitable candidates will be called for practical tests/interviews.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for practical tests/interviews.
- TA/DA will not be admissible for appearing in the practical test/interview.
- IST reserves the right to reject any or all applications without assigning any reason.
- IST reserves the right to postpone or cancel the recruitment/induction process at any stage without assigning any reason.
- IST reserves the right to add/reduce the number of posts at any stage without assigning any reason.
- Completely filled and duly signed Application Form along with a detailed updated CV, attested photocopies of degrees, final transcripts, certificates, final mark sheets, experience certificates, NOC (if applicable), copy of retirement/release order (if applicable), LPC, CNIC, recent passport size photograph, and all other particulars required to support the candidate’s eligibility for the post should be sent to the HR Department.
- Applicants can apply for one post only, as per their eligibility for the post.
- Late/Incomplete applications and those submitted without attested copies of complete academic and experience documents will not be processed.
- Mark the right-hand side of the envelope with the position applied for.
- The last date for receipt of applications is 15 days after the publication of this advertisement.
