- Minimum Intermediate from a recognized Board under Sindh Board of Secondary Education (SBSE) or equivalent.
- Sindh Board of Technical Education (SBTE) certificate or University/Institute qualification is also acceptable.
- MS Office proficiency certificate (06 months) is required.
- Must pass the IBA-STS General Screening Test with minimum 40% marks.
- Valid Karachi South district domicile is mandatory.
- Maintain office files, records, and correspondence.
- Assist in data entry and preparation of official documents and reports.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and dispatch duties.
- Support senior staff with administrative and clerical functions.
- Maintain department registers and update records as required.

- Only candidates with valid Karachi South district domicile are eligible to apply.
- Candidates must pass the General Screening Test (IBA-STS) with minimum 40% marks; STS pass certificate is mandatory.
- Age relaxation will be granted as per Sindh Civil Service Rules 2024, Rule 7; 5-year upper age relaxation is applicable as per SOII (SGA&CD) 564/2011 (Part-II) notification dated 06-03-2025.
- Initial appointment will be on contract basis as per Sindh Government policy and rules.
- Currently serving government employees must obtain NOC from their department before applying and must bring original NOC at the time of interview.
- Service terms governed by Government of Sindh notifications dated 26-04-2023 and 21-11-2025 and Sindh Civil Servants Act 1973 as amended from time to time.
- Candidates must appear before the Departmental Selection Committee at District Level No. IV, Deputy Commissioner Office, Karachi South with original documents.
- Preference will be given to candidates belonging to the same UC/Town/Tehsil as the vacancy.
