1. Assistant Professor/Consultant (Oncology)

• Provide specialized oncology consultations with focus on breast cancer treatment
• Lead clinical decision-making for oncology patients
• Supervise and mentor medical staff and residents
• Contribute to academic and research activities in oncology
• Ensure quality patient care and treatment protocols

2. Medical Officer

• Provide medical care to patients in breast care/general surgery departments
• Conduct patient examinations and assessments
• Assist in surgical procedures as required
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
• Coordinate with senior medical staff for patient management

3. Assistant Manager (Breast Care Unit)

• Manage daily operations of the Breast Care Unit
• Coordinate patient care services and workflow
• Supervise nursing and support staff
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures
• Facilitate communication between departments and stakeholders
• Monitor quality standards and patient satisfaction

4. Data Officer (Breast Care Unit)

• Manage and maintain patient databases and medical records
• Perform statistical analysis using SPSS/R software
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality
• Generate reports and analytics for clinical research
• Support research activities related to breast cancer
• Coordinate data collection and entry activities

5. Specialist Breast Care Nurse

💰 Salary Package

All positions are offered on a fixed pay basis with salaries equivalent to the following Basic Pay Scales:

• BPS-19: Assistant Professor/Consultant (Oncology)
• BPS-17: Medical Officer, Assistant Manager, Data Officer
• BPS-16: Specialist Breast Care Nurse, Ward Nurse, Office Assistant
• BPS-14: Receptionist

✅ General Requirements

• Geographic Eligibility:
  • Clinical positions: Open to candidates from all over Pakistan
  • Administrative positions: Only for residents of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
• Certifications: Valid PM&DC certificate for medical positions
• Education: All degrees must be from HEC recognized universities/institutes
• Experience: As specified for each position (ranging from 1-5 years depending on role)
• Technical Skills: MS Office proficiency and typing speed (for administrative roles)
• Preferences:
