Minimum five years
- Preference will be given to candidates possessing Master degree in Project Management.
- Three additional marks shall be awarded for national/international diploma course in Project Management.
- Preference will be given to the candidates those who successfully implemented and completed public or private sector’s similar nature projects.
- Typing speed required
- Prepare Cash/ work plan before the start of the financial year and open/manage bank accounts of the project.
- Update project progress in PMES/IPAS system and prepare/submit regular (quarterly and annually) project progress reports in the prescribed manner and format; including recommended actions for decision-making.
- Work effectively and harmoniously with the project stakeholders (including external partners) as well as with the project staff.
- Develop performance indicators of project staff and review their performance periodically.
- Ensure delivery of project results by arranging resources for the project and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain custody of all project documents, project accounts, assists, record, audit report and hire team members etc.
- Prepare and submit project status and completion reports (PC III-IV).
- Project Director would be held accountable for any lapses in the exercise of his/her administrative, functional, and financial powers.
- As a team leader, he/she would be obligated to account for all actions, steps and decisions taken during project execution.
- Project Director would be responsible for supervision of project activities including troubleshooting and best efforts to resolve day-to-day implementation problems independently within the administrative and financial powers delegated to him/her.
- If necessary, he/she may seek help from the federal ministry, division or provincial government concerned for resolving the issue or problem.
- The Project Director will establish office as close to the worksite possible, preferably on-site, to ensure availability for making spot decisions on unforeseen issues and other ancillary matters.
