Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Regularly visit customers to strengthen relationships and ensure a steady pipeline of sales prospects.
- Consistently achieve both individual and company-wide sales targets.
- Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to enhance overall sales results.
- Prepare accurate quotations and monitor ongoing projects to ensure timely completion.
- Address customer complaints promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Provide weekly sales reports and forecast future sales trends to assist in business planning.
- Deliver engaging product presentations and solution-focused sales pitches tailored to client needs.
- Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Keep customer records current and ensure relevant product certifications are maintained.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in IT sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads and build lasting customer relationships.
- Good understanding of market research methods and data analysis.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and internal teams.
